Worship Ministry

Hi, my name is Simon Luming and I am the worship leader at Hickory Creek Community Church.  The purpose of the worship ministry is to help those attending Sunday Services at Hickory to respond to the truths of who God is in a way that glorifies Him and Him alone.   

Our style of musical worship could best be described as contemporary with traditional elements.  It is a primary method by which we worship the Lord on Sunday mornings with both our minds and emotions.

The worship ministry is a ministry that involves commitment, teamwork, and a passion to help God's people grow.  We are always looking for new people to help us with this and if you are interested in using your musical talent in this way, please let me know and I would love to set up a time to see how you might become part of this ministry.  

As the church grows, we would also like to expand the worship ministry into other creative forms.   If you are interested in drama, media production, or even creative literature (e.g. poetry), we would love to meet with you and help you find how you can contribute to this important ministry.
