Hi! My name is Mary Scott-Stirn, and I am excited to be bringing you some fun fitness classes that can be modified to fit all levels. As we begin this new journey, we will start with body weight workouts. These workouts will challenge your body with a combination of cardio and bodyweight strength movements. We will do intervals – such as Tabata. Tabata is where the longest you might work is 20 seconds, but don’t let that fool you: your body will be challenged during those 20 seconds. My goal is to help anyone who is trying to improve their health and fitness, regardless of age or fitness level. Everyone will be able to work at their own levels, beginners, intermediate, and advanced. I am so happy to help get you moving!
I also hope to bring different types of workouts each week. I love to change things up. Some ideas I have include station-type classes, game days, bodyweight strength - which would focus on less conditioning - a couple of kids included classes when your children are home on spring break, and conditioning classes, such as Cardio and core. I can’t wait to work with everyone! I am eager to hear what others are looking for too.
